My comment was in reply to GY who contends that Firoka didn't change any of the conditions when WPL took over. My belief is that they did and this is a new licence and not just the old one with new names/signatures.

I didn't &quotcontend&quot any such thing. I suggested it as a possibility.

Whilst there is no copy of the original license available to prove one way or the other, I would agree with you that this appears to be a new license, on the basis that many of the terms published above, would not previously have been necessary for inter-Firoka companies.

Without wishing to open a squabble, you might want to make reference to what I said in subsequent posts to that comment.

I presume you wouldn't wish to be held accountable for comments you have made when you have subsequently published comments which reflect a change in your view.
