Play-off dates

Post by Pe├▒a Oxford United »

Does anybody know when the play-offs are? The fixture listdoes not favour us with this information.

I guess Blue Square will let us all know around March time, then Setanta will change them a few weeks later.

And why worry about such dates, don’t you know we’re going up as champions* / dead in the water by Christmas* ?

Sorry, I should just have posted the fact that I don’t know.

But while I’m on, you can get a free .pst file from here ( http://www.mincheryfarmweb.co.uk/downloads.htm ) that you can import into your electronic calendar so nobody has any excuse for missing those all important dates in life.

Quite. As I found out to my chagrin a couple of years ago, having carefully organised my honeymoon around the 'official' play-off dates.

Not that it made much odds in the end, though I am probably the only Oxford fan NOT to have watched our penalty defeat to Exeter.

Well, I listened to it via the internet in a friend's house in Bethnal Green.

Not so Kernow Yellow - I was in Central Park in New York following a wedding. Given the number of games we've both been to over the years, the fact that we both missed this one is somewhat surprising.

Sometimes I wish I had missed it. Certainly either of your locations would have been preferable.
