Brighton Boot

Boogie has texted me and asked me to set a cascade on his behalf as he is indisposed. I don't like cascades! But anyway ...
1. Will United win the tie?
2. Will the tie be decided in normal time?
3. Will United score first? (including penalty shoot-out if game ends 0-0)
4. Will Taylor start?
5. Will Eastwood face a penalty during the game? (including extra time but not penalty shoot-out)
6. Will either side be shown a red card?

Just to clarify a cascade: if you get the first question correct you progress to the next one and so on until you get an answer wrong and drop out. Winner is the last person to get an answer wrong. If two or more reach the same question then they progress to the tie break.

This was Boogie's Boot and he wanted a Cascade.
Q1. Everybody got this right ... except Boogie!
Q2. All the survivors got it right.
Q3. And again.
Q4. Only GY, Geoff and Hog survive.
Q5. And again.
Q6. Hog drops out.
GY and Geoff go to TB (677) ... and Geoff takes it with a very close 666.
