Car Boot

Post by Hog »

Tried to think of something different! There are 11 fixtures in L2 on Saturday, as below.

AFC Wimbledon V Tranmere
Cambridge V Hartlepool
Carlisle V Oxford Utd
Luton V Northampton
Newport V Accrington
Plymouth V Cheltenham
Shrewsbury V Portsmouth
Southend V Bury
Stevenage V Burton
Wycombe V Dag & Red
York V Mansfield

Cut and paste the below categories (or type them yourself if you wish AC!) and then nominate three teams in each group (you can only use a team once). One point for each correct choice.

1. Teams scoring no goals:
2. Teams scoring one goal:
3. Teams scoring two goals:
4. Teams scoring three goals:
TB1. One team scoring four or more goals (You cannot use a team you have already nominated, NO REPEATS of earlier poster's selection and can say None if no-one else already has. If still level then nominated team scoring most goals wins and if still level after that then the team scoring all their goals first as per BBC site takes it).
TB2. Just in case ... attendance at Carlisle (and if it's still level then earlier post wins!!!!). I think it's water tight but let me know if not!

Why's everyone thus far nominated three teams not four?? Is there some inside family scam afoot?

Ah! Bugger! Looks like it doesn't it? Completely my fault, I realised four didn't leave much leeway for variety and changed it to three in my mind but not the thread and when we were chatting I said do three! Now changed to three before anyone else posts. Well spotted though - you could be a detective! Luckily I wasn't!

Joe takes it on the TB by correctly predicting no team would score four.
