New Boot Rule

I think that half a boot point should be deducted if boot holder does not set new boot challenge within 45 hours of the kick-off time of next match.

So for a Saturday 3pm kick off that is 6pm on the Thursday.

After that time, someone else (first one to swoop) can set the boot challenge and claim the half a point.

Come on Mally you know you want to.

The winner of the boot on Saturday will have to be quick!
