Rubbish we could have played on that today. We've played in far worse conditions. Just disappointing cos those Exiles wanted a hammering!

Hammering? Longshaw you are dreaming mate. You saw the size of our 'keeper. (And for a big bloke he is surprisingly agile).

Where were your boys in the pub - honorary exception Mr. Matthews? Did all your players forget to bring their fake ID?

With regards to the pitch being unplayable, the groundsman probably took one look at our team and thought there was no way his pitches would survive.

He could have used James as a roller to get any excess water off the pitch though.

I think we were broke as well as forgetting the IDs
