Hi John

We haven't forgotten the food - you'll be directed to The Priory that have a very nice outdoor BBQ - £2.50 for a burger - don't forget your money! :D

Cheers

And may I take this opportunity to thank you for playing us so early in the season that the pitch is costing £120!!!!!!!

It's hotting up off the pitch already - could be a tasty encounter on Saturday.

The Priory also do gammon baps for £1.50 if the burgers are too dear.

Wow,
This is why I am so glad to be living in the frozen north.
It is no wonder saturday adult football is dying off, I am paying £721 per pitch per season x 2 so money is definitely an issue.
The B team has a lot of youngish lads some of whom are on part time jobs but the main problem is hardly anyone has a car.
Consequently I am hiring a car (£76) to ensure I have a team to play you.
Therefore the £1.50 option of a burger may be more attractive.
Anyway thanks for getting a pitch, we are looking forward to both the game in the morning and the 'main attraction'

It's on the Jackdaw Lane astroturf pitch. 10.30 kick-off, I believe.

Let us know what time suits you Dave for a future game and we'll move it to accomodate your need for a lie-in.
