i agree, although i'd like to know what the answer would have been if burton had won and it had been decided by goal difference.

Perhaps I can quote from the original posting:

The winning total will be defined as one point more than the final total of whichever club finishes sixth.

That doesn't seem too testing to me. Burton finished on 75 points and therefore the correct total was 76.
