So do season ticket holders get away games for free?

I wonder how they will share out the revenues?

I remember Andy Holt making lots of comments about who keeps the revenues from streaming. I think his point was why should his club spend a fortune accomodating the service, and then see for instance Sunderland sell 10,000 views for a game at his ground, and keep the revenue.

Or one person having 6 people over to watch the game, and the price of 'one' ticket.

Slightly misleading headline to this topic isn't it? According to today's Oxford Mail article, iFollow will be streaming all matches that are not shown on Sky for a tenner a pop, (with ST holders getting home games free).

https://www.oxfordmail.co.uk/sport/1867 ... -efl-deal/

I assume this means that ST holders have to pay for away games. And that no fans can (legally) stream any match shown on Sky, unless they buy access via one of Sky's channels (NowTV etc). Doesn't bother me, but I'm guessing ST holders might be a bit put out.

If every game were live on Sky, then any fan who wanted to watch most or all of their club's games would be better off with a Sky package than using iFollow. But that's not how I read either article...

The OWS suggests that all home league games can be watched by season ticket holders on I Follow including those on Sky.
Well actually it says clubs have the option of offering this.
https://www.oufc.co.uk/news/2020/august ... or-online/
[edit] OWS "All supporters with a 2020/21 Season Ticket will be given access to a live streaming service for all home games that are played behind closed doors – this is subject to the fixture not being selected for live television coverage."
So games on Sky won't be streamed.
