Walsall (A) Family Away Day / Tour of Duty

Post by OUFC4eva »

Walsall away is the clubs' designated Family Away Day on January 13th - seventeen years to the day since we last beat the Saddlers.
Oxford United have visited The Banks's Stadium on two previous occasions - 1995 and 2017 when both matches ended in draws.
United last won in Walsall - at the Old Fellows Park Ground - thirty years ago (Boxing Day 1988) when Richard Hill
smashed in four second half goals.

Walsall FC fans - backed by the Saddlers Supporters' Trust - are planning a " passionate " protest against
the club's board and manager Jon Whitney on the day of the Oxford game.
