Referee appointed for this match is Warwickshire's Stuart Attwell.

Yaser Kasim, argubly Sw!ndon's most gifted player,
appears to have suffered a recurrence of a groin
problem while away on international duty with
Iraq:

Looking forward to this. The only home game I've seen against the Moonrakers since we left the Manor was the FA Cup game - an enjoyable day but an awful football match. The fact we have a 100% record against them since then is remarkable given how rarely we used to beat them in the 80s and 90s...

If we beat them, we'd go above them in the League for the first time since......anyone?

Interesting question. I reckon it was October 1998?

Nope. They started the 2011-12 season (their Di Canio promotion season) badly and we were ahead of them for most of that season up to early November:

So not that long ago really.

Not surprising given the way they're treating Brizzle Rovers fans after their match at the C*unty Ground was abandoned due to rain the other week. Not only are they not offering any refunds/discounts to the rearranged fixture, they're making the Gasheads pay £25 to sit in the side stand instead of the £19 they stumped up for the Stratton Bank first time round!

Another EFL Trophy game, another boycott for me I'm afraid.
