Burton (Rowett moves 27/10/14).....Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink (13 Nov 14)
By getting the Burton job Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink, with Dave Oldfield as his number two, he becomes the third black person to be appointed out of the last 15 managers jobs to be settled.
This 20% proportion represents a dramatic increase on the previous year, and clearly represents a worrying trend which will inevitably lead to every manager in English football being black within the next two years. This prejudice against non-black applicants must be stopped before it gets out of hand. I propose a new rule in which 100% of applicants interviewed must not be black otherwise who knows where we'll end up!!!

Hartlepool United have moved quickly to
sack manager Paul Murray after last night's
cup debacle versus Blyth Spartans.
Murray was only appointed in October.
