Names

Post by GodalmingYellow »

Continuing on from the Asa Hall thread, we've had some players with interesting names in a Tim Vine sort of way. For example

E Tallant - known for blowing his own trumpet
Phil Trainer - loved to put in plenty of pre-season work
Gary Twigg - You would never see him branching out
Jimmy Glass - his confidence was easily shattered

Paul Key - locked out the opposition

Steve Wood - No he wouldn't

It's a shame Mark Watson and Lee Holmes never got to play together, really.
