Commercial activities in football - research

Hi all,
I am student currently writing my dissertation regarding how the commercial activities of football clubs impacts the fans of clubs within England and then analysing the differences across the four professional divisions.
Below is a link to a questionnaire I have prepared on this topic. I would be extremely grateful for any help you could give me by filling out this questionnaire.
Due to ethical considerations for my university I have to ask that only people over the age of 16 complete the questionnaire unless they have consent from their legal guardian.
The questionnaire will only take a couple of minutes to complete and once again I would be very grateful for any responses.
