Just the Ticket
Just the Ticket
Positive news from the club:

I've argued for a long time that the club should have some proactive mareketing activity and co-ordinated strategy for general ticketing and not just focus their commercial activity around corporate sponsorship and hospitality.
My only concern is the poor bloke is going to be bombarded with wierd and wonderful ticketing ideas form Snake. Although to be fair history has shown that every now and then he does come up with a really good idea.

Looks like a good positive appointment.
It's criminal the way the club hasn't engaged with one of the most solid customer bases in football.
Any sales driven organisation would pay a fortune for 30,000 email adresses of people who are prepared to spend hundreds of pounds with their company on a regular basis, and keep coming back for more even when the product is crap.
Good luck to the chap, I look forward to being bombarded with emails.
