Saturday was a special day for so many reasons off the pitch. It was emotional!!

On the pitch I thought there was a lot to like about the way we played. I thought Worley was excellent and worked well with Wright. Whilst we got caught a couple of times (Batt was the most guilty) we looked fairly solid and I was never really concerned that Burton had enough about them to score.

Heslop had a fine debut and looks a very decent player. Up front we were a little shot shy and on too many occasions was left feeling frustrated that someone didn't pull the trigger. But all in all I was happy with a solid performance and a point.

A pre game highlight was having taken the Burton walking tour trying to locate the hairy potato finally catching up with him at The Beach was the sight of the long lost Scots Bob strutting across the car park at 2.40 with his lad!!!

It was a good day!!
