Ok, I cocked up and needed to get some customer support that was all fine but I have found out some information for those having problems.

Seetickets have got 200|| staff on the phones today and are receiving heavy traffic. (This information was from a non seetickets person but very trustworthy)

There has been a small problem with some season ticket holders not being able to sign into the online system. The club are aware of this.

The process for group tickets is that the club approve them &quotsomehow&quot and then you will be charged and tickets despatched. No one knows if you get an email saying all is ok or not. Also no idea when the tickets get sent.

If you are booking my advice is do it online, the phone lines are jammed solid.
