This is sad to see

I sat behind Joey at the game with Grays (was that the one where the 'keeper got injured and there was a long break in play?) last season and during the break in play I had a really lovely chat with him about his playing days. We spoke about some of his goals and I asked if he remember many of them, to which he replied that he has most of them on VHS recorded off the news and sometimes he just sits at home and watches them over and over. It made me quite sad, despite the fact he seemed chipper.

I also asked him if he came to the Kassam often. &quotonly when I'm invited&quot was the reply. He is the sort of person who should be given a free lifetime season ticket. I'd love to see him at more games.
