Rage Online player sponsorship 2008/09

Post by admin »

This season we hope to overcome the curse by sponsoring either James Clarke's away shirt or Sam Deering's home shirt. The price remains the same as last season (£275 || VAT = £323).

Could all those who are willing to contribute to the sponsorship select your preferred option (or vote no one if you think neither player deserves to suffer in this manner), and also contact me privately (preferably by email: rageon at ntlworld.com) to let me know how much you're prepared to put in. Obviously, unless I get contributions for a large proportion of the amount then the player will be spared our sponsorship anyway.

Sam Dearing for me.

So Snake do you think 322 other posters will vote?

If so, I'll match your quid.

I'll go a fiver but it needs to be Guy as he is good enough to overcome the curse.

I voted for Clarke because the shirt is likely to be seen more often than Deering's this season. However, I am willing to stump up a fiver which ever way the voting goes.

James Clark because there's no way Deering's shirt would ever come close to fitting me.

Couldn't we have Nick Merry on a sponsored silence? Or is that essentially his job descrption anyway?

C’mon scoots, you can do better than that.

Unfortunately the poll is void, as OxVox have already snaffled Clarke's away shirt. So it's going to be Diminutive Sam's curse if we can raise the money (and we're nowhere close to even halfway there yet).

Total pledged so far = £140 (including my own contribution), so we're not even halfway there yet. I will send a few emails and let you all know the latest total when more offers come in.
