Tonight's team

Post by Radley Rambler »

From the official website:

'Smith must also decide whether to recall Eddie Anaclet to the starting line up after an impressive second half against Aldershot. Anaclet's likely return would mean Matt Day returning to centre half and Arthur Gnohere missing out.'

Not really much of a decision to make there is it.

I would be so happy to turn up tonight and find the following team

Turley
Foster, Quinn, Corcoran
Anaclet, Hutch, Rose, Trainer,Jeanin
Yemi, Shaw

I have given up hope of 4-4-2

Rose and Odubade would be the only two selections I would contest in that line up (I would go with Standing and Duffy). But both Danny and Yemi would stand a good chance of being involved - particularly Yemi as he could cause problems late on to a side wearied by their efforts on Tuesday.

Is it too much of a cheap shot to say I would also be happy if neither Gnu nor Marvellous were anywhere near the 16?

I missed the Aldershot game - was Gnu that bad? He looked bloody good at Alty.
