Re: Going Down??
I would be very happy if Fleetwood go down on 54 points! If we didn't already have plenty of reasons to dislike them they've appointed Joey Barton as their manager. Not looking forward to the inevitable fiascos of next season.
Re: Ball boys
One of them was faffing around with a towel, which is a new thing.

Re: Going Down??
I would add to that list getting rid of Pep in the first place. He managed to get more out of this team than Faz or Robinson with less resources as well. 2 wins in 12 since Pep's sacking (16% win rate, 0.75ppg - rock bottom of table form) 10 wins in 29 under Pep (34%, 1.3ppg - upper-mid table form)...

It wasn't very good against Oldham either, but my god did they battle! We'll be fine if they can carry that on

Re: Big pile of poo-sbury (not really)
I care! I go to home games but not away so am glad to read this. One thing I’d add is that we probably need more than 50 points as several teams are still showing signs of life. After Scunny I confidently asserted we are too good to go down so I’d better stick with that, though I wish I knew why we ...

Re: Karl Robinson
Yes it’s meant to be a sport not a chavvy oneupmanship contest. I don’t want to descend to the level of Westley and Evans

Re: Argyle trial
Ah sod it, he's only human. Of course it was very unprofessional but that conjunction of events will never happen again. What concerns me more is that we played all the football in that game and were on top for a lot of it till the sending off but couldn't score. Since we were without (on paper) two...

James Corden has let himself go ...
I think he'd be a good choice, he had a big role in getting MK Dons into the Championship, and developed Dele Alli

Re: Posh Result!
In retrospect Henry has been misused or underused, as has Rothwell. And Ledson was on the bench for Wigan! I'd always have Gino and Ricardinho on the bench too, they are unconventional but can add something. I guess with so many new players and a new manager (now gone) it takes time to take stock of...

Re: Who do you want next?
Honourable mention to Ricardinho who has great moments. If you look up people like Agon and Dwight in Wiki you can just tell they were going to be bad, they’ve hardly ever played more than 20 games in a season.

Re: Who do you want next?
Pep wanted us to play like Barcelona but signed some right old crocks and duffers. Agree that his sacking was premature but he certainly sowed the seeds of our crapness.

Re: Where are they now?
Ah theyve got Phil Brown, he could have done a job for us. Imagine if the worst thing you had to worry about was that your manager was a bit annoying
