Re: Cash on the turnstile in style
all the away seats were in the only decent (& very steep) stand right next to the Cards with no dividing barrier and everyone entered via the same turnstile if I'm not mistaken. Same at Exeter. No problem there either. I don't think we should be complaining about being treated like responsib...

The Beer in The Sovereigns was excellent. Well worth knowing for when we have to go back there again next year."Frank" wrote:Did anyone who went come away with any positives?,
Speaking of which, I'll be very interested to see how many fans we take on a freezing Tuesday night to Woking next season...
Pettefer was injured, apparently. He's out for a couple of weeks. I came away from Woking feeling very down. I honestly think we'll be lucky to make the play-offs. It's Atkins all over again - an inflexible system (that we can't even play properly) getting us some lucky results early on before every...

Re:
If they do exist They certainly do - they're in the fifth round of the Irish Cup, playing against holders Linfield at Windsor Park tonight. Cheers for the history link Mally. All I'd been able to find was a Wikipedia entry, which does at least say that some of their squad have Milk Cup experience. ...
Re:
I’ve just gone and looked at the FA Trophy website for the first time and to my horror I find that the fifth round is over two legs, and they are both scheduled for a Saturday (10/3 and 17/3). Indeed. And we already have 8 games in March. I really hope we're out of the Trophy by then. And not just ...

I had a pint in the pub by the station (The Railway?). Which is considerably worse than the Priory."Peña Oxford United" wrote:Christ, Dagenham. Only time I went there I ended up in the social club. I know you're supposed to do that in non-league but I had been hoping not to....

Really? I was told by the steward that it was at least 20 mins walk. No - we dealt with this a few days ago. Christophe Remy played at that level for Auxerre before joining us."SmileyMan" wrote: Interestingly, would he be the first player with Champions League experience to play for Oxford?

Re:
The FA have said that the provisional date for the FAT final is very provisional and will will very possibly be moved. Well, the weekend before is the play-off final, with the 2nd leg of the play-off semis the weekend before that. And the weekend before that is the last day of the season. So unless...

Re:
No decision has been made about the final venue yet however Wembley needs to hold a small and medium sized football match before it can hold a big final as part of the process of getting a safety licence. The FAT final has been suggested as a possible first event to test the facilities. Well, the F...
