Point B, of course they would play 'God save the queen', as they did when Colin Jackson won. I'm pretty certain that 'God save the queen' is the British national anthem. Of course, we should compete separately in the Olympics anyway like we do in just about every other sport, then none of this would...

Draws, and the weather are the main problems. Add a standby 'sixth day'? Have an amended 'Duckworth Lewis' equation for test cricket? I think that your guess at 40% ending in draws is probably high, I would put it closer to 20%, so it is more than likely that one would happen in the tournament, and ...

As much as I am enjoying the tournament, the powers that be should really get a proper Test World Cup sorted out. Top 8 teams in the world, free draw and straight knock-out format. Play all the quarter-finals concurrently, week break, then the 2 semi's, week break, then the final. All done and duste...

I was definitely there that day, but have absolutely no idea how the game finished. The only thing I remember was the Coventry keeper (Ogrizovich?) doing star jumps on the edge of his area whilst the ball was at the other end, with the LRT giving a cheer at each one. Oggie then faked a jump, the cro...
