There was talk on the Beano thread about the signing of a Championship striker.
It's irrelevant now as we have just signed a Premiership Striker from a team in the top 10 who won't think that a European spot is out of the question.
Sarcasm intended.

Re: Oli Johnson Signs
Signed until the end of the season, few league 1 clubs were chasing, from what i know he isnt the most clinical but certainly gives defenders a lot of trouble with pace and skill Is that a positive spin on the fact that he is a headless chicken? I hate these short term / half year contracts as they...

There is no formal tie in between Swansea, Cardiff, Wrexham, Newport, Merthyr and the Welsh FA. If you were to look at the hierarcy on paper there is a fixed line between these 5 clubs and the English FA and a dotted line to the Welsh FA. In summary the dotted line represents nothing more than parti...
T'was a certain James Thomas formerly of Blackburn Rovers, West Brom, Blackpool plus one or two others. However he originated from Swansea so his scoring feat that day made sure he went down a hero. He ended up playing for Llanelli which is my home town so he actually went backwards rather than forw...
Yesterday was a great day to be an Oxford fan with Swansea for a second team. I'm with Snake, that was a poor performance from the Swans but Reading to their credit did not let them play their normal fluent sytle. One interesting point..... On a very wet May day 8 years ago Swansea stayed in the foo...

Re:
Wont' even bother to watch it on TV. A bunch of overpaid prima donnas imo who set a bad example in so many ways. Rather watch the 'U's any day. Are you referring to both teams, as Welsh players don't get paid all that much apart from Bellamy, Giggs, Gareth Bale et al? We can't even get them to show...

Jake Wright - Broken Metartarsal
Did not see anything on oufc.co.uk but sure I saw Sky Sports News flash through that JW was out for two months.
Anyone else see it? Nobody yet mentioned it here?

Das Boot - for me it's up there with the best. I've seen both the film and the series many times and have it recorded via Sky||. For some strange reason my 5 yr old also shares the same fascination??? Boogie - if it takes your fancy you can almost recreate the scenarios faced by Prochnow and his cre...
