I voted yes. He is a lazy git, but he's the player I trust most to ripple the onion bag. I don't think any team in the world can afford to drop its top scorer. For the record, here's my starting XI - in a strict 4-4-2 (obviously): Turley Anaclet Quinn Corcoran Brevitt Pettifer Foster Hargeaves Burge...
Duffer
Given that he's causing such debate on these pages, let's put it out to the masses:
Is Robert Duffy worth a place in the starting XI?
Yes or No.

What an excellent read.
I hadn't seen it before today, but have just spent the past few hours reading all the way back to the Leyton match.
Is it written by any of you?

A lot of goals, but yes, he is lazy.
But he's definitely our best finisher.

Let's face it, had we not been two months without a win, we'd have settled for a point at Aldershot. It's a tough place to go in every respect, and we played well and more than deserved a draw, at we haven't been able to say that for ages. It's just a bit galling because it's another damn winless ma...
Dean Saunders had a very high penalties/goals ratio, and he missed loads of penalties too. In fact, I'm sure there was an odd stat that if he got two penalties in a game, he'd score one and miss one. A central defender.
Oh dear. 5-3-2 remains.

I genuinely checked the table last night to make sure we have enough points to avoid relegation.

The best team we've played this season, and are now putting together an amazing run of form.
Were I a betting man, I'd find a bookies and put a little wager on them to win the league.
