It's &quotour&quot fan's dressing up a crusaders that's get's me. It could be the football, the cricket, the rugby... You'll always get someone turning up dressed head to toe in an outfit which men wore to massacre millions of Muslims thought Europe and the Middle East in. How long 'til Ger...

At least winning the play-off final might stop people bleating on about the Milk Cup Final being the greatest day in the club's history.

Good to have the site back, though I suspect it was all a ruse to stop me and GY having a budget day argument over the VAT increase.

I'm enjoying the team introductions too.

No FA Cup preliminary rounds and no FA Trophy means a lot more Saturdays allocated to league football. I do miss Dennis's helpfulness in swapping home/away between Opening Day / Boxing Day and from one season to the next. The bank holiday games mixed evenly home and away. The home and away Boxing Da...

Re: Fix chores

Computer hasn't been kind to us. Away first and last and Boxing Day and August Bank Holiday. Torquay in November. Home on New Year but only Sarfend, so won't be a big crowd. Who cares, it is League Football!! There isn't a game on the August bank holiday, and Torquay in November is at home so I'm n...

The BRL-PRK match didn't seem QUITE so bad for vuvus. Perhaps because I could hear some individual toots from the background buzz.

Wait 'til they stage the World Cup at AFC Sudbury and there are 1,000 air raid sirens. That'll show FIFA who has heritage and their own culture and history!

Just waiting for Snake to start a poll on whether we should try and win it. Or perhaps he is waiting for the JPT. Meantimes we've not heard much from Grenoble Farm recently.

Just bad from start to finish. FIFA charging a fortune for tickets for overseas fans. Airlines ramping up the prices. Vuvus. FIFA allocating the &quotofficial&quot accommodation to someone connected who then bought all the rooms up and then ramped the prices up to £400 per night. FA &quo...

FIFA have really let this one slip. Usually an Olympic games finishes with it being proclaimed &quotthe best ever&quot. This World Cup will be the worst ever. At most Euros /World Cups I could happily watch or listen to every game, no matter who is playing as their crowds make the atmosphere...

&quotMatt spent last season on loan at Oxford and has played a big part in their promotion and his transfer to them recently was conducted in a proper manner. Oxford acknowledged the fact that it was Torquay United who aided Matt's development by allowing him to go out on loan and he has proved...

This site's homepage still has the statistics up for 2009/10, although P W D L F A Pts 47 27 12 8 70 33 93 is arguable and took me a good few minutes to try and add up our matches to 47 games. Awarding 7 points for the play-off games &quotmoves us up&quot to 2nd in the table ahead of Luton t...

The sentence feels right to me as both a punishment and a deterrent. I think the student who crashed into a broken down car by the side of the A40 after also texting whilst driving got similar. Some of the hero worship and support for Chapman by people who presumably only know him as a footballer is...

For those who haven't renewed their season tickets yet, it might be an opportunity before the budget on 22 June, when VAT might well be increased and the price go up? :?

strange - the Brackley story says Billy lives in Oxford, but I thought he was Stafford based.

Also Westley has now signed for another 2 years.
