I see Tim Sills has moved to Torquay, and Jefferson Louis to Weymouth...

So, do we know anything of what is on the table for some of last season's loan players? Today's Oxford Mail says we are still hopeful of signing Corcoran. What of Zebroski? And I guess Danny Rose is out of our league (soon to be literally) now?

Ah yes, they have updated that article since last I read it - or else it differs from the copy on TIU.

Oxford Mail reports we may be close to signing both Corcoran and Coombes from Cardiff. Coombes would be odd - I quite liked what I saw of him, even if brief, but didn't seem like Jim rated him, as he hardly played him.

Still no news on Foster, it seems. Can someone please fix his car?

There was briefly a Conference Cup a few years ago. I think it was sponsored by GLS. Woking won it in 2005 - the competition was then scrapped when the conference national increased to 24 teams.

Most Leagues do have a cup of some kind. I quite enjoy cup games, so I'm not complaining.

Well, based on what I've seen, I think he's an even lower division Steve Anthrobus. But boris may be right that he needs a proper pre-season to make him play a bit better. I hope so anyway. I notice from last season's page that Huesca actually survived relegation play-offs last season, which means they've had a bit of a transformation this time around.

Hard to tell exactly what is going on here, but it appears the top four in each regional league (16 teams in total) play two rounds home and away to produce four promoted clubs.

Last year's page may add further clues.

Just noticed that in the official web site article (though not on the price form itself), it mentions that North Stand prices are the same as South Stand Lower.

Anybody got any idea why there is no mention of the North Stand in the price list? (Confusing, since the ground plan seems to indicate an area of the north stand as being allocated.
