What gets me is that Wycombe are a small basement division team. We've only been in the Conference for 3 months and shouldn't be getting excited about playing them. To be honest, even if we get promoted my joy will be short-lived at the realisation that we'd be playing 'the likes of' Bury and Boston...

Sign of the Times

When Wycombe were promoted from the Conference I was keen for them to do well. Even when we played them (and lost our first three fixtures against them) I bore them no animosity. I mean, you couldn't begrudge little Wycombe, could you? They'd been a non-league team only a few years previously. When ...

Re:

Pretty sure Coventry v Sutton was a live game, and wasn't West Brom v Woking? Could be wrong, mind. I think you're wrong :) I'm pretty sure I heard the match report of West Brom vs Woking while travelling back from Stamford Bridge after we'd beaten Chelsea 3-1 (my favourite FA Cup game ever). Which...

I thought it made an interesting change. I just think the bit about DLT keeping the boot if no-one gets it is a bit cheeky. That's why I've voted yes!

I think you should be allowed any rules you like, as long as it's something to do with predicting the score and a winner can be judged somehow.

Re:

At least we don't get 'irrational' tie breaks this way. Just hope it isn't a 5-0. What's irrational about crowd number? Well except if one said &quottie breaker - get the crowd exactly or I keep the boot&quot. I think Bootmeister Boogie needs a ruling here. I certainly don't think DLT shoul...

Aargh! Someone's already had my 'superstitious' 0-0 prediction, which means that our unbeaten run will come to an end.

Oh well, maybe it still works if I predict a different draw:

I think it's more to do with the fact that the website's been down for 48 hours.

Conference Playoff Dates

Anyone know when they are? Have they even been decided yet?

I can't find any reference to them at all on confguide.com or the official Conference website.

Re:

There was something not quite right about this game from start to finish. I can’t quite put my finger on it but the supporters never really seemed up for it – perhaps it was to do with the disappointing numbers that turned up. Funny you should say that. On the radio all you could hear was the Oxfor...

Count me in. Much as I love going to Kiddy, 4 hours there and back is pushing it at the moment.
