FRS 40 gives the option of valuation, not a requirement, and in any event the FRSSE overrides this for smaller companies. Being even more pernickety then....

Snakey / GY, I presumed (rightly or wrongly) that GY was thinking of a house away from the stadium. I suspect I am overly pessimistic on the financial aspects of this.
I shall give some consideration to the other idea of the Leyton Orient-esque flats.

Looking at TNS website, they have only 50 scouts worldwide. Whilst I would guess that the majority are in the UK, that wouldn't provide enough cover for each League and Premier game on a Saturday.
