The rumours seem to very quiet this time.

The cynic in me thinks that this 'recruitment process' isn't sorting out the excellence of the candidates to choose from, but actually trawling through the applications trying to find someone who will accept the wages and budget.

According to the radio last night Kelvin has narrowed the list to 12 candidates.

Would love a poll telling us who they are and letting us vote. We could have our own X Factor, where we get down to two and Jim can choose which one to discard.

You all know which way I voted.

However I would be delighted if Rosenior got the job.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Gilly gets it. Personally I would be very disappointed with that decision.
