We haven't played well and looked convincing since Aldershot 2 months ago. Indeed. But there's more to it than that - although we were 8 points clear (or thereabouts) then, we hadn't actually played well and looked convincing many times at all. Our results were flattering to deceive, and the height...
Yawn. Ty Cobb tries to start a reasonable discussion about the present state of things at OUFC on and off the pitch, and the rest of you go back to squabbling about Kassam. He's irrelevant now - why can't people judge what's going on now without having to use the previous regime as some kind of yard...
That's hardly a shock - I don't think I've ever seen you so much as cross the halfway line!"boris" wrote:I believe that I have yet to find the net while wearing a Fever shirt.

Hi Jim I believe we already have a game lined up that day at Canvey Island (who contacted us before we knew Grays had a team). However, since I'm no longer in charge, you might want to drop the manager (John Matthews) a line just to check that Canvey aren't going to pull out on us. Check out the Rag...
I thought Gunn looked pretty useful. Reasonably assured, apart from the one slip, in quite nasty conditions (NOT the one for the second goal - that was Quinn). And considerably more effective clearances than the other centre backs. Kennet didn't get long enough to make an impact. He seemed comfortab...

Will Yemi start?
Will the attendence be 7,500 or above?
Away attendence is the tiebreaker

Alternatively, a switch to 4-4-2 may well be the more favourable and beneficial solution. I'm not sure we have the players to do that though, Neil. It would certainly mean dropping Gilly, as he is way too slow to be 1 of 2 now. Are Quinn and Wilmott a good enough CB pairing? Anaclet isn't a full-ba...

I note that most people (except Mally)are carefully giving a score without a result. So to continue that trend...
I wonder why the website makes such a big reference to The Market Porter as in "Not that far from the Market Porter" when there are so many pubs between Borough Market and Great Dover St. Is it a real ale thing? Because the Market Porter is the best pub in the world (well, London anyway), a...
