Re: Where will we finish?

It's very difficult to say. If Tyler Roberts, Rothwell, Crowley and Rob Hall mostly have good seasons we could be right up there. If most of them fail we may struggle. I am fairly confident about the other new players.

Re: Talks

They don't say where they would like the replacement car parking to be be located. It can only on the other side of Grenoble Road on SODC and Green Belt land (pie in the sky!) or a deal will have to be made to share the Science Park spaces. The Science Park has multi storey car park close to the sta...

Re: Talks

This is an interesting document from the City Council. It appears to be labelled as a concultation document but reads like a policy statement. As I read it only Kassam could possibly benefit. There is no mention of a commitment to building the fourth stand but it does mention filling in the corners ...

Re: Talks

The only new information revealed is the mention that the Northbrook Primary School site is up for redevelopment and that Bob price says they are thinking of building a link road from BBL to the stadium site. In the short term the future of the Priory should start to become clear. Having tried to of...

Re: WEMBLEY 2016

It's only natural that we fans will be conscentrating on the business of getting tickets for the final. I don't think the players will worried though. They get to go for free.

Re: RIP David Sloan

David Sloan was my first favourite player. I think it was the Slumdon goal (and what a goal!) plus the fact that he was fast and instantly recognisable that put him ahead of the rest in my affections. His now legendary goal against Slumdon in front of a packed 18,000 at the Manor was a diving header...

Excellent for those of us living the right side of the border!
You mean the left side, surely?

They sacked Gary Monk today. Rumours abound of Moyes or Brendan Rogers.

I would imagine the gap was far more than one considering the number of absentee season ticket holders at the County Ground.

Re: Scum Boots

It was a much tighter result than the real game. Hog, joepoolman, Hoglette, me and Boogle were top scorers with 5 points each. joepoolman and Boogle controversially gave the same winning last goal time despite the no repeats rule. I will use precedent to rule out the later post and award the boot to...
