How spooky. Just returned from my first visit to Guernsey in 13 years (including a visit to the chapel). Local news was that Matt Le Tisier wouldn't be able to play for his brother's side this winter because he isn't resident. I love the island and used to visit my god parents there a lot. The islan...

I can only believe that it was designed to accomodate the sponsors logo.

At least it isn't as bad as the the Carlisle 'stobbart' deckchair kit.

But it is still bad.

I have just clicked on the League Two button on the BBC Sport website for the first time in four years and discovered that those mega clubs, Morecambe, Dagenham and Aldershot are contesting the play offs.

Start saving folks, we could be going back next year.

Hargreaves... debate over as far as I am concerned. Foster.. Last night we found ourselves with Creighton being the ball carrier so much in the second half it was obvious what we miss about Foster. I have watched a few games recently and we have benefited from abysmal finishing from the opposition. ...

Listening on the radio Jerome and Nick were scathing about our set piece delivery, so it must have been bad. They also alluded that it was an error by Wright that resulted in Tonkin being sent off. Jerome also sounded unsurprised that both Hargreaves and Bulman blasted shots over the crossbar. Sound...

Examination in Stones and Glass Houses 101 Question 1: My tolerance of those fans who can only see good in certain players and bad in others is declining. Hargreaves is crap. He touches the ball so little and has no vision when he has the ball. Critically evaluate these two sentences. ...

Okay, time to fire a few views off following my first visit in ten weeks. My tolerance of those fans who can only see good in certain players and bad in others is declining. Is it getting worse or am I just less tolerant? The defence was tentative in its defending all night. They appear nervous and ...

I will stick my head above the parapet (I'm far enough away these days to limit riskof being shot). From what limited play I have seen, all the changes in recent months have been 'workmanlike' signings. Good solid battlers who get stuck in but have excessive amounts of flair or speed. If you want to...

Whatever the reason for the transfer I wonder if Mr Wilder, in a few years time, reflects on this being a key decision in his career? We decide to release a player and some of our biggest rivals all look to sign him. If we don't go up and Foster plays against us in a winning Mansfield side in the pl...

On the Foster issue, from my distant perspective the logic goes like this. Wright is brought in to be the left sided centre back. Wilder then has to choose between Crites and Fozzie for right side of the pairing. He will choose Crites. Foster then is competing for a bench place with Day and Sandwith...

You calling me a Glory Hunter AO? Lets not blame the Bedfordshire boys for the grief last night. There were hundreds of irregular OUFC spectators there spoiling for 'confrontation'. What pees me off is the fact that they are invariable time wasting posteuring cowards who wouldn't dream of 'going one...
