Out of interest who was the most successful of the 'lucky' players sponsored by RO?

Probably Chris Hackett, who is now plying his trade in the second tier.

Only £31 to go (if my dodgy maths can be relied on). Who's going to finish this off for us?

You star!

Now I've received all the necessary pledges (although if anyone wants to they can still contribute...) the next thing is for you suckers to send me the money.

I'd prefer it paid direct into my bank account (PM me for details), but I'll take a cheque (PM me for details) and will accept Paypal too (although you'll need to add an extra 3.4% + 20p to cover their charges).

Please pay up promptly and don't make me send the boys round (they're such nags, you know, and they'll eat you out of house and home).

I could but I wouldn't want to encourage anyone to drink and drive.
