Oxford United will kick-off their new 2015-16 Division Four campaign at home for the second successive season.
The Us welcome recently relegated Crawley Town to the Kassam Stadium on Saturday, August 8.
Michael Appleton’s men will then travel to Griffin Park soon after in the week commencing August 10 to face Division Two outfit Brentford in the first round of the Capital One Cup.
Oxford’s opening two fixtures of the new season reflect a tricky start for the Yellows as they face a challenging opening month.
Following United’s midweek League Cup fixture, Oxford will then head for Kenilworth Road where they will take on Luton Town (August 15) in their first away league game of the season.
Next up; there are further home ties against Division Three’s recently relegated Notts County (August 18) and Yeovil Town (August 29), either side of a trip to Mansfield Town on August 22.
Looking further ahead, Oxford have been handed a home fixture on Boxing Day as Exeter City visit the Kassam Stadium, before the Yellows travel to Notts County for their reverse fixture on January 2, 2016.
The Easter weekend sees Appleton’s side entertain Stevenage (March 26, 2016) at home on the Saturday, before quickly turning their attentions to their visit to Cambridge United on Easter Monday (March 28, 2016).
Oxford will wrap up their 2015-16 season at the Kassam Stadium against last season’s Division Four beaten play-off finalists Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday, May 7.
