Died 11 September 2010. Started with Thame United before joining Headington, where he was unable to break out of the reserves. Moved on to Oxford City where he became a prolific centre-forward. Represented the Isthmian League, and Oxfordshire and the Berks & Bucks FA representative teams. Became player-manager at Thame before retiring aged 35. He refereed locally, before managing Thame again. He spent his early working life as a hide and skin merchant, before becoming a lorry driver for butchers
